Gujarati English Medium School, one of the top schools in Amravati was the first step in the journey towards a better tomorrow undertaken by The Gujarati Education Society, from more than 30 years ago.
The School has grown in size and stature from a very humble beginning in July 1989 when it started as a co-educational school with its first batch of above 75 students and has since then never looked back. Over the years, it has witnessed a phenomenal growth to its present strength of 1000 students and has come to be recognized as one of the best schools in Amravati for its pioneering efforts in promoting value based quality education.
The Gujarati English Medium School is affiliated by the State Board Government of Maharashtra on permanent no grant basis. The School is spread over a lush and pleasing campus in the heart of the city inspiring and happy environment. The School will be shifted shortly to a new premises adjoining to Manibai Gujarati High School, Ambapeth, Amravati. The medium of instruction is English. Marathi & Hindi are taught as compulsory language. Gujarati language is compulsory for every Gujarati speaking students.
